Travis was very responsive to our water leak issues and took the time to explain the remediation process. He worked with our insurance provider and handled the necessary paperwork to submit for our claim. He was very “hands on” and knowledgeable in the water damage related clean up and repair. I highly recommend him for any restoration, remediation, damage clean up or repair work!

Travis and his team helped us late one evening with a water damage issue we had. They were quick to come out, thorough with the water damage mitigate and drying and were even so clean while doing it! They hardly left a trail. They were so nice to work with, returning our calls and worked so well with our insurance claim process. We enjoyed working with them and would definitely be inclined to use them again in the future!

I called Travis in an emergency wash machine flood in my basement. He was at my house within an hour and a half and removed all the water, set up fans to dry throughout. Came back two days days later to finish the mitigation. My completely flooded basement was completely cleaned up within 3 days. Thanks so much, Travis for your timeliness and quality of work!! Recently the main water pipe to my house broke … tons of water in my finished basement. Travis was referred to me and was there the same day! He and his crew was terrific! Travis was a lifesaver making my stress a smooth experience. Answering the phone late at night to responding right away. Everything got done in a timely manner. I called at least 40 contractors they didn’t respond or didn’t seem to care. We had a bad storm that let water come inside our plaster wall from the window and down onto newly installed carpet. Travis was very professional and polite making sure everything was cleaned along the way. I will definitely be using this company for future projects.

Travis was recommended to me to do the emergency service and restoration work of a water loss in my kitchen. He arrived the same day I contacted him and had the damaged flooring removed and drying equipment in place by late afternoon. After the replacement materials arrived (all this during covid-19 delays) he was involved in the final restoration of my kitchen. Great work, very professional and polite; responded to my texts or calls quickly.

Called A Production Construction to replace water stained bamboo flooring from what we at first thought was a dishwasher overflow, proved to be a considerably more serious leak from a corroded waste water pipe in the wall behind said dishwasher and adjoining cabinets. Travis, the owner, arrived shortly after I telephoned. He addressed the situation with a comprehensive approach, instructing me to call my insurance company to file a claim and to arrange for the services of a plumber. With the insurance adjuster and plumber participating, Travis determined where the source of the water was. Travis and our insurance adjuster worked together to document a detailed estimate of the emergency mitigation needed and the subsequent repair and replacement of flooring, drywall, and cabinets.

Because of Travis’s attention to detail in building an estimate, the approval of the insurance claim came without delay. All work was done with care and attention to detail, including the additional code required installation of a GFCI outlet before replacing the dishwasher. Travis and his assistant, Josh, were respectful of our home and took great care to work with our schedules. Travis explained each step of the process and sought my approval before proceeding. My spouse and I were very happy and thankful to have chanced upon A Production Construction.

They were very quick to respond and walked us through the whole process. Communication was great and they had our home back together in record time. When I say that I’m meaning it was right before the Easter holiday and we were having family over for dinner. What could’ve been weeks to a month or so once we got the green light from our insurance they worked hard on getting our home back together. They have different resources to get their projects completed. I’m very grateful for their dedication and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again Travis.

Travis and his team are to be commended, both on the work at my parents’ house, and also for the way they treated these 90+-aged clients. The men spoke to them as decision-making adults, showed them respect and patience and, therefore, made the whole experience (relatively!) anxiety-free for them.
